!! Agreement Pls. read (updated 2022) !!

1. Work process will become slower if the brief has been revised after work has begun. Brief should be written completely and clearly. (Because of artist(me) takes time to read and review every details of the brief, if the brief has been revised, I have to redesign the art and its take very long time.)So please write the brief COMPLETELY and CLEARLY. Such as
- What was this art for?, Private use? Commercial use?
- What style or mood that you want?
- What do you want in the picture?2. The price is based on the consideration of the artist. No request of discounts or trade offers.3. The work queue is counted from the payment. If there No deposit then No work has started.4. FYI - The working speed is quite slow. Because the artist has another full time job.5. No work will be edited after sending the file. Customers should check the work carefully every time before confirming to accept the work. (If you confirm to request editing it, the editing fee is 14 USD)6. Rush work Or Queue cutter +6 USD / For commercial use and V-Tuber (including companies) +14 USD7. It is not allowed to edit the brief after work has started but if you really want to edited it, you can negotiate first. Otherwise there will be a fine of 14 USD OR I will cancel commission immediately and will not refund the reservation fee (6 USD)8. Two free revisions/additions will be given, After that, a revisions fee of 5-12 USD+ will be charged.9. When using my picture. Please always credit [心柔 Xin Rou.Zoul]. Even if the work has been altered or edited.Whether it's the writer, V-Tuber or company, credit MUST be given!!!Unless you purchase the work at a price that is double(x2) of the agreed upon price, To be able 'No credit given' allowed10. When work is finished or during work I may post it on my Facebook page, slideshow of my work, WIP(spoiler), used it as a portfolio, which will have a watermark attached.If you don't allow it, please let me know. Or tell me the date when I can post it public.If you do not allow your commission to be included in my portfolio within 10 years (or forever), I would like to charge an additional price of 23 USD for the opportunity cost.11. You can request to purchase a psd file. Important✧ Every model hired will receive a front character Sheet + facial expressions.✧ The on/off of the model will be added according to the work details.✧ f you let the artist design it for you as well. Additional design fee of 140 USD will be charged. It'll be color + rough lines type. There are approximately 3 designs to choose from. The artist will take care of the design, edit, modity until the work is finished.If it is an additional modification from an existing design, it will be charged 85 USD✧ free revision for 2 times (except for wrong anatomy or design mismatch) For the next revision will count as
- Small or minor revision +10 USD
- Big or complicated revision +20~50 USD Depends on difficulty (Due to new drawing and painting has to reorganize out the layers and rearrange them to organize the work)✧ This type of work will take a long time to complete, from 1-5 months (the artist is intent on making every detail Therefore, the work will take a little longer.)✧ Pay to start work :: You can pay in various way such as a deposit, full payment or installment payments.You can pay in installments until the work is completed. Or make an agreement with the artist at your convenience.✧ I can draws well in many styles. Except for robots or using the whole engine or Machanic style.
